We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as our themes are digital products, we have specific policies regarding refunds to ensure fair usage and protect both our customers and our business.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The theme is demonstrably defective or doesn't work as advertised
- You haven't downloaded the theme yet
- Your request is made within 14 days of purchase
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You've already downloaded the theme
- The request is made after the 14-day period
- You simply changed your mind or no longer need the theme
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your order number and reason for the refund
- Provide any relevant details or screenshots if reporting a defect
Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request:
- We'll review it within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
